FACILITIES

Nitrophyl has extremely flexible manufacturing equipment which allows us to carry out a wide variety of processes and elaborate a wide range of products. To this end, we count with an Engineering department which is responsible of applying any modification and adjustment necessary to fulfill our clients’ requirements. The blending sector, the core of the company, works following strict procedures and under rigorous controls which allow us to ensure the quality and uniformity of the batches. Nitrophyl has facilities suitable for the production of large parts, both by compression molding and injection molding.

HISTORY

We are a company with over 50 years in the market, maintaining constant growth and improvement of the quality of and technologies applied to the manufacturing of our products. Since the very beginning, we have focused our efforts on designing solutions to the most complex problems of our clients. Thus we achieve important recognition in the local and international market as a company with high technology and quality in the manufacturing and development of products. Our production plant is located in the area of Caseros, Tres de Febrero, since 1968. This plant has a productive sector and a series of associated sectors such as a blending sector, laboratory, molding sector, warehouses for raw material and dispatching, offices and a canteen. We also have sectors free of any source of contamination for works in the Biopharmaceutical sector, sanitary rubbers and laboratories. Nitrophyl produces a wide range of parts and offers its services to a wide variety of branches within the industry.
